To the best of our ability Gendron will pre-qualify all dealer / provider / distributor customer inquiries to ensure the dealer / provider / distributor can provide pre-sale and post sale service to meet the needs of the user customer.
We believe that internet sellers can not provide the necessary pre-sale and post-sale service required to ensure that proper training, installation and on going service are delivered to the user customer. We believe these services are absolutely necessary when providing medical equipment that affects the quality of life of an individual.
As a matter of policy Gendron will not knowingly sell to dealer / provider / distributor customers that are solely an internet seller serving the home care, long term care and / or acute care marketplace.
This policy is not intended to deny access to Gendron products by dealer / provider / distributor customers who enhance their marketing efforts through their commercial web sites.
